Leigh Spirit Co

We provide the finest cocktails using our own Rums, Gin and Vodka but also offer wines and beers. We operate two bars and shops in Leigh on Sea.

Leigh Spirit Co. was founded by two local families during the Covid-19 pandemic. We are incredibly proud of our town, its heritage, the people and the surrounding environment. We were keen to build a venture that brought together those elements and represented Leigh and Southend in the very best light.

Our aim is to build a sustainably profitable business sourcing and selling the best spirits locally and nationwide. We employ locally, support local business and hope to provide Leigh on Sea and Southend with a landmark business.

Our experience:

Leigh Spirit Co has been trading since November 2020 and our Directors provide a wealth of experience in business, hospitality and event management.

Leigh Spirit Co. is fully licensed and we have run a number of local and Essex-wide festivals over the past two years.

Sustainability:

Leigh Spirit Co. is an environmentally business. A percentage of profits generated from our bottle sales goes to the Shark Trust which protects and promotes the wildlife in the Thames Estuary.

Our products are recyclable where possible and we offer a refill solution for the reuse of our spirit bottles. We only use either paper cups or Vegware ™ compostable packaging coupled with paper straws for our drinks provision. We batch pre-mix or cocktails to avoid wastage at events.

Staffing and approach:

We have instilled in our team that they represent our brand and our town. We have built a team that appreciates that every interaction with the customer counts. They are friendly, respectful, bright and funny and have the autonomy to go above and beyond to provide our customers with the best possible experience.
