Lush n Loaded

Lush n Loaded is a company set up by two chefs and a savvy entrepreneur. We have always loved serving people with great food and watching their mouths water when we worked in restaurants so naturally decided the next stage was to grow and cook our own food for people on the move, at events and for more intimate private meals, such as weddings and major birthday's, making their day as special as it can be.

We cater from our self-built horsebox that can be taken to any event or location.

As a company we pride ourselves on friendly customer service, healthy allergen free food, so it's fully inclusive. We offer both meaty, vegan and vegetarian meals in order to cater for everyone. Our menu can also be adapted so that the main base carbohydrate of the meal can be changed if people would prefer other, (perhaps healthier) options, such as pizza, pasta and rice.

We have designed our menu on the basis that our bodies are lush, as is great food, and both should be loaded with organic microbiomes which positively affect our immune systems and thus wellbeing.

All of our ingredients are locally, organically and sustainably sourced. We understand people have different dietary requirements and will do our upmost to cater for any specific requirements.

Our smoothies are loaded with gut cleansing lush ingredients that work on specific areas of the body. Some of these ingredients are not locally but sustainably sourced. Most however are home grown or foraged.

Typical Vegan and Vegetarian toppings are:

Patatas Bravas - Tomato sauce, chives, aioli.
Sweet Potato Fries - Coconut flakes, chilli, salt and lime zest, coriander (optional) served with sweet mango salsa.
Vegan Hash - Silken Tofu, spring onions, mushrooms, roasted tomatoes, chilli.
Mushroom Mania - 3 types of mushrooms, garlic, black pepper, served in a creamy sauce.
Chilli Bean - 5 types of beans, onion, peppers, chilli, garlic, tomatoes, coriander (optional), served with guacamole.
