About Meat Castles
We have our own specific blend of the cuts that are all 28 days dry-aged providing immense flavour and nutrient-dense beef.
Our Patties are handballed to 150g and smashed onto the flat top in a way to form a layer of crust on the beef, adding even more depth to that flavour profile.
The buns we use are baked fresh on the morning of any service, they’re light, sweet and fluffy, all are buttered and toasted just before we build the burger.
Our burger sauces are all made in-house, some of our specials however have carefully selected sauces of only the highest quality.
We use a skin on chip/fries, they’re light fluffy and crunchy & coated in fine sea salt.
