Our food is inspired by the theatre and the freshness of the street food of India and Southeast Asia. Our traditional forms of cooking lend themselves to the freshest ingredients possible, providing you with an experience of true flavour and authenticity. We have 4 concepts:

Manna - Inspired by the high heat wok cooking of China and Southeast Asia. Manna offers Pan Asian rice and noodle dishes cooked to order with flair and speed on a traditional Chinese wok burner.

Bhatti wraps - Traditional clay oven tandoori cooking. Locally sourced British lamb & chicken are marinated for 12 hrs then cooked in our charcoal-fired clay oven tandoor. Served in authentic Indian flatbreads with a variety of fresh seasonal salad and homemade chutneys.

Samosa - The ultimate street food snack. These tasty morsels are impossible to put down. All handmade with delicious fillings and layers of filo pastry. Our Samosas our cooked until crisp and golden, then served with a variety of dipping sauces and fresh lime.

Bademiya - Bademiya offers authentic Indian curry dishes. Based on traditional Indian recipes and using the best British produce we aim to serve the most delicious curry this side of Bombay.
