I can’t thank Danielle enough!! From first communication until the end of our wedding nothing was too much trouble! All of our guests commented about how great her cocktails were and she made sure that at no point was there a queue at the bar! It was honestly the best touch to our wedding evening! Thankyou again!!

Danielle is the nicest and most professional person i have had the pleasure of requesting services from. From my initial contact to the actual day of the party - Danielle was just so helpful, and professional. Really supportive and i just cant fault the service. The bar set up was just super professional and all of my guests shared compliment after compliment. Fantastic from concept to clearing up and out at the end of the night. Bespoke cocktails for my daughters Alice theme wedding. Intimate setting in my parents garden. The cocktail tasting to choose was great fun. The shopping list for all the drink was easy to follow. Danielle was always available to answer questions or offer advice, she is so friendly. On the day she set up with minimun fuss and served the most amazing cocktails. She didnt stop waiting on our guests for 8 hours she really was fantastic. Everyone said how amazing the drinks were, it really added to the event. I Can't thank you enough for making my daughters home made wedding a day to remember xxx

Dani was ace ! She provided drinks including a set menu of pre planned cocktails and any beers wines spirits etc guests wanted. She worked so hard and nothing was too much trouble. Cocktails went down a storm. I can’t rate her enough! Thank u Dani x

Absolutely amazing. Dani was just perfect (and I’m hard to please!) she emailed me menus and a shopping list which was all on lovely headed paper. She arrived super early to set up and the bar looked beautiful. She also contended with my big dog ‘helping’ her behind the bar and kept making sure the guests were shutting the gate so he was safe. I had bought plastic glasses for people to use for their own drinks if they brought them but we didn’t need them as she made soft drinks/mock tails and different cocktails from what was on the menu so there was no clearing up for us to do. Dani is just lovely and couldn’t do enough for us. Highly recommend and will be using her again.

We hired Olive or Twist for a surprise 21st Birthday party whilst on holiday in the Lake `district. We found Danielle to be thoroughly professional from the quoting through to the service on the night. She provided great advice on the Cocktail menu’s and ingredients required and was totally flexible to make whatever was wanted on the night and tailored them to the ingredients we had.

She was fun to be around and interacted with the family seamlessly.

And importantly everyone enjoyed the evening and the cocktails really became a focal point

Would have no hesitation in using Olive or Twist again. Thoroughly recommended. Thanks for a great evening.
