Pizzette is a Citroen HY van from 1975 converted with a wood fired pizza oven in the back. The van was sourced from France and imported to the UK for conversion.
The sourdough is left to prove for 20 hours to ensure superior taste and texture and is then hand stretched in front of you, topped, and thrown in the oven. Pizzette is made to order within 2 minutes with the oven reaching temperatures of around 450-500 degrees C.
