About Proven Slice
Proven Slice blends the local and seasonal with the best of imported authentic Italian produce. Our sourdough Neapolitan style pizzas are woodfired with beech, oak and ash logs sustainably sourced from the forests of Hampshire.
Our unique fully electric milk float food truck and mobile bar is now accepting event bookings for spring, summer & winter 2024/2025.
We can modify our food to suit your event - our wood-fired oven is versatile!
