We are a long-established family-run Artisan Bakery, selling our premium pies and cakes on Artisan markets and events in and around the Manchester and Cheshire area. We are based in Freckleton nr Preston and offer traditional hotpots, hot roast carvery, corporate and private catering buffets hot or cold, as well as retro pie and mash. We can provide our own pop-up gazebo and stall for your events, or from as little a job as you require to a more comprehensive service tailored to your budget and needs

We also offer our "something different" Raclette hot street food for your larger event.
Raclette is a traditional alpine food from Switzerland or France - which is melted raclette cheese poured over hot potatoes, traditionally served with pickles and cornichons. (small gherkins) We offer either boiled, Rosemary Roast Potatoes or french fries with the raclette cheese being melted directly from the raclette wheel, in front of the consumer, over the food with pickles and gherkins to top. We also offer lardons and sweet chilli beef brisket, field mushrooms and peppers, cumberland sausage or what you would like as extras. Raclette Nachos are very popular with the youngsters or as a lighter snack.
