Cake decorating and baking are my passion. I love it! All of it! Whether it is a simple after dinner sponge cake or a 6 tier celebration show stopper, making people's cake visions into a reality is the greatest feeling.

I have worked within the catering industry, for 18 years, originally training as a chef as a school leaver, however, my cakes have always been my passion. Over the past 9 years I have invested in practicing hundreds of decorating techniques and developing my skills and knowledge to a professional standard. This combined with my baking abilities has enabled me to create some fabulous pieces whilst continuing to develop my skills in line with the ever growing ‘tricks of the trade’.

I am a fully registered and insured business with a hygiene rating of 5. Your cakes will always be hand designed and I strive to ensure that no 2 cakes are ever exactly the same, this ensures that you have a personal and unique centre piece for any celebration, no matter the size. After all, the possibilities with cakes are endless and getting creative is definitely the best bit... no matter how challenging it is (and some really have been) I strive to deliver the dream cake you expect along with a tailored service second to none.

I specialise in; celebration cakes, cupcakes, tray bakes, cake pops, decorated biscuits and individual desserts amongst many other things.
