About us and our pizza

Usually you can find us at our street pitch in Perth, where we serve fresh, wood-fired pizzas every Tuesday and Thursday outside the Burning Question in Inveralmond Industrial Estate.

However, we also cater for all kinds of events such as birthdays, weddings, corporate events, and markets!

We take a lot of pride in making our pizza and the whole process involved. Because of this, we think it is important that we make our own dough which we do using a recipe we have followed for a number of years.

This paired with the fine Italian ingredients we get from our Scottish suppliers makes for a delicious end product!
