Having grown up in Lonely Planets 4th top region in the world to visit 2022, Kent’s heritage coast, we’ve always had an affinity to the sea.

Kent, the garden of England, has, arguably the best produce in the country. Hythe Bay Lobsters and cattle reared on the lush meadow pastures of the North Downs. That’s what we use in our food.
