About The Light Indian
Our food is sourced locally and cooked to order, all pittas are stone-baked wholemeal. All chicken is flash dry fried to seal in flavour, then baked to perfection. A small amount of sunflower oil is used to make the vegetarian sabji sauces, once made, 70% of the oil is drained out. Vegan options are available.
