We offer a range of gourmet street food and specialise in slow smoked beef brisket and pork and sell lovingly cooked 16 hour slow smoked hickory beef brisket and pork in a brioche roll with a selection of pickles and homemade slaws, and gourmet burgers out of our custom built catering trailer The Smoking Longhorn.
