About Trini Caribbean Catering
Our food is based on dishes from the Caribbean including the islands of Barbados, Trinidad, and Tobago, and Jamaica. All our meats are marinated overnight so the flavour is absorbed and then it is Barbequed, Baked, Curried, or Stewed to perfection.
