Arrived in plenty of time, set up and served with efficiency, piping hot food, would recommend.

Vines did a great job at our party, excellent communication in the lead up and great service on the night.
Pizzas were really good, everyone enjoyed them and the sweet trolley/ bike went down well too.
Would highly recommend.

Did not get what had paid for - ordered 160 pizzas for an event which ended up being 140 people and claim that 160 plus the 10% contingency was cooked, however feedback from every guest was that they left hungry as they received 2-3 slices max. On top of this, the cart was not able to cater for the amount of people and cook the pizzas to the '4 per minute' timeframe as advertised - we had to take pizzas into our own kitchen and cook them, taking the team away from enjoying their own party and worrying about feeding the rest of the team. The pizza, if you could call it that, was so thin it resembled a tortilla and was undercooked. Still waiting for a response to my complaint email and are now ghosting us after shifting the blame onto us!

We had the small horse box and it was just perfect for our wedding! I can’t believe how quickly they made 70pizzas from scratch in a tiny horse box - incredible! And they tasted sooooo good! Everyone loved them!
The only thing I would say is that their communication could have been slightly better as I was left wondering if my second payment had cleared and that they were definitely coming. Other than that it was absolutely perfect! Would highly recommend.

Even though we were changing our numbers right up until last knockings, the lovely ladies arrived promptly and set up was done in no time at all. Throughout the day the service was quick, efficient and delivered with a smile at all times. Thank you so much for being part of our day - I will definitely be using Vines again

Vines Pizza Shack were incredibly friendly and and arrived and got all set up without any issues. The pizza was amazing and such great value. We would highly recommend this caterer for your Wedding.

The two girls who represented the company were amazing, they set up and cleaned away and were extremely efficient. We received so many compliments on the quality and taste on the pizza and the quick service so we thank you so much.

I had a text message to cancel my booking at 1am,early morning of the event booked for. One of the pizza trailers had be in an accident. These things happen and hope everyone involved are ok.
I do have to say i was very disappointed that Vines didn't even give me a call it was all through text and email. i would of thought someone called of called the morning of event.

Communication with Vines was always great and they would always respond in a timely manner. On the day of the wedding, they turned up on time and the food was great - all guests mentioned just how nice the pizzas were.
Would 100% recommend and would use again for any future events.
