Hot and cold buffets are our bread and butter (pun intended!), that said our background is BBQ and smoked meats. We also won't let a buffet get boring, so will always look to make the event a little bit special for your customers whilst aiming to ensure all of your guests have plenty to enjoy.

We're happy to do the legwork in terms of liaisng directly with venues etc, to leave you to focus on the rest of the event.

We can also provide nespresso coffee if it's something you'd like for your event

We're finding that many customers are moving away from traditional buffet styles and are thinking more about giving their customers the type of food they love eating themselves at festivals and street food vendors. We love a grill, so we're always happy to bring a BBQ or smoker along to an event to add a little wow to our gourmet burgers, steaks and several varieties of fries (yes, I know)!

Also, if you're considering seafood (especially grilled), chicken or mexican cuisine, then we'd love to talk to you too.

We're happy to adapt according to your requirements, whether that's for children and/or specific dietary requirements, intolerances and allergies.

Just for additional re-assurance we have a 5* hygiene rating and we're members of the National Caterers Association (NCASS)
