About Coals
Hi, my name is Ali and I am the owner operator of Devizes Catering Company and CoalsWiltshire. The former company provides a variety of services from cold buffets to full sit down dinners. The business has been operating in the Devizes area for 16 years and has great knowledge of all the surrounding halls and amenities. CoalsWiltshire is a new venture, with my first events in 2021. The towable BBQ provides a great street food operation and I have several menu packages to choose from, with the option of tailoring the offering to your specific requirements. I source locally using local butchers and like to keep menus seasonal.
Typical Clients
Over the years I have catered for a whole host of people from a field school for Reading University, marquee weddings, Concert at the Kings and dinner parties at the Devizes Castle. Can't really put myself into a category, just enjoy cooking tasty, wholesome food that people will want to come back for more.
