The team arrived ahead of schedule & kept in contact in the lead up to the event which alleviated any stress which was appreciated. Lovely to work with, efficient set up process. Delicious smoothies. Victor who ran the stand was lovely, friendly and professional. Taking everything down was fast. We had a rush on the stand straight away so it was hard to have smoothies set out for people to collect - so we got stuck in to help. We also had to put the stickers on the cups ourselves - but for the price of the service compared with others, that's not a problem. It would have been nice to have a menu displaying the ingredients from the smoothies on offer to save us having to repeat to everyone what was in each cup - as a suggestion.

The team were great and from the start worked with our requirements and were flexible. Provided a fully stocked bar with professional service. Churros and Waffles with all the toppings were very popular and delicious.

We used Cocoa Island for our healthy staff breakfast. We had a smoothie bar, fruit, pastries and yoghurt. Staff socialised and chatted, and really enjoyed the selection of smoothies and variety of food on offer! Really well organised and quick to respond!

Having Cocoa Island manage the bar at our recent event at the Crypt of Rochester Cathedral was a decision that paid dividends in comfort and professionalism. Danesh and Sarah, representing Cocoa Island, were nothing short of amazing. Their self-sufficiency and expertise provided a seamless and stress-free experience. We were able to focus fully on the event, knowing that our guests were in the most capable hands. The absence of worries about stock levels, staff training, and other logistics was a huge relief. Their presence, while unobtrusive, significantly enhanced our event's success. We couldn't be more grateful for their professionalism and would highly recommend their services.

Communication was good leading up to our party and our bartender on the night was fantastic, working around us and our guests effortlessly. Would definitely use again and would recommend.

We had Cocoa Island in for our coffee morning as an extra suprise for the staff in the office. Turned up early and set up was done really quick. Great service and really east to deal with from start to finish. Smoothies were very tasty and went down well. Would definitely recommend!!

The bubble tea was a crowd-pleaser, and their service was exceptional.

Excellent service from start to finish. Danesh and the team are doing a fantastic job, we didn't have to worry about anything for our summer party event. Well done Charlotte and Madalina for the excellent cocktails and service throughout the evening.
