Combining great food with great times is what we do best. We are a family operated business, with a passion for both food, and people.
We trade from a vintage horsebox, which has been lovingly restored into a wood-fired pizza bar, boasting a unique & authentic dining experience. We aim to leave a lasting impression by delivering quality, authentic pizza & exceptional service.
Our Neapolitan pizzas are handmade with love, care & the finest ingredients available. Our 'lean dough' recipe is created with '00' Italian flour to guarantee a light, soft, chewy texture in our crust. Our tomatoes are grown & cultivated in the foothills of Mount Vesuvius (near Naples) & topped with fior di latte mozzarella. Our veggies are grown on British farms. Cooked by wood-burning flames, both of our mobile ovens are capable of cooking temperatures up to 500 degrees, giving our pizzas a 'smoky' finish, and elevated crusts.

Typical Clients
Good quality pizza carries a 'mass market' appeal, so we consider our horse box suitable for all functions from private gatherings & weddings through to parties & corporate events.
Our trailer houses two ovens, both of which are able to cook a pizza in 90 seconds or less, and one of which can be operated on gas (if required). This efficiency means we can cater for large events, as well as small occasions, and create each pizza fresh upon order.
