Eleven Ten Pizza Company

At Eleven Ten Pizza Company we create delicious wood-fired pizzas. We make our dough entirely by hand using a sourdough starter. The dough is then allowed to ferment for a minimum of 72 hours to give it a chewy texture which is light and easily digested. We then cook our pizzas in a super fiery wood-fired oven imported from Italy to add the right level of crisp to the crust.

Our delicious tomato base is made from traditional San Marzano tomatoes, we use charcuterie from Trealy Farm, fior di latte mozzarella from Brue Valley and olives from Belazu.

With out mobile kitchen, we attend a variety of wild and wonderful food festivals, music festivals, street food markets, and county shows but can also be hired for weddings, private parties, corporate events, and numerous other functions.
