About Welsh Italian Pizza Co.
Based in South Wales and covering Swansea, Bridgend, Rhondda, Newport, Cardiff, Torfaen, Monmouthshire and the Vale of Glamorgan and further. We have catered for events across the UK and Europe. A family bakery business that have added our favourite food...pizzas to our catering options.
Each pizza base has been lovingly knocked back & kneaded by our own, fair hands using "00" flour to give a deliciously light and crispy bite. We even blend our own tomato sauce that's packed with flavour and plenty of fresh basil. Toppings will vary depending upon you, the customer, and (of course) the weather! We bake from our wood fired pizza oven that's mounted onto our trailer which we can tow to your wedding, your family fun day or even your house party! We cater regular pop up pizza days and open air cinema nights.
Established in 2015 we are experienced baker's and can cater up to 150 people (in a constantly refreshed buffet style). We can offer our most popular menu or cater to your requests. We can also offer a full day service from bacon and sausage breakfast baguettes to pizza lunch followed by pulled pork or beef with salads and flat breads.
Typical Clients
We can cater from 50 to 150 people from corporate bookings, weddings, family fun days and even pub car parks for major sporting events.

The value of these guys is only outweighed by their understanding and flexibility. They very quickly understood the format and layout of our events and adapted to it immediately without any need for direction. When you run events the last thing you need is to hand-hold contractors - something which i can assure you would never be necessary for these guys.

We had a perfect wedding day and The Welsh Italian Pizza Company played a big part in it all coming together so well. Steve was an absolute pleasure to work with throughout, you couldn’t ask for nicer people to have at your special event. We received great communication and any questions we had were answered very promptly. A lot of thought has gone into every aspect of Steve’s planning. Steve and Christian really created a lovely atmosphere for our guests and were very accommodating for any dietary requirements. The food was absolutely delicious! We couldn’t recommend the WIPC highly enough, with the winning recipe of incredible food and a warm and friendly service, you’d be hard pushed to find anything better for your event.

Great pop up stand, with smooth well executed service from booking right through to the customer. This is the best Pizza I have ever had!!, I particularly loved the optional addition of the flavoured oils (garlic, chilli or basil), Parmesan cheese and rocket. Great range of flavours, just brilliant for our event the Tower Party in Chepstow Castle. Strongly recommend!
