About MicksDiscoFever
MicksDiscoFever offers just the right sound for your celebration. With several thousand tracks from all the decades we can cater for the majority of tastes/genres including Motown, Northern Soul, R&B, Dance etc. With many years of experience I know what it takes to get the dance full. Offering some of the best Event DJ services in the Preston, Lancashire and surrounding areas. Top of my priorities is reliability, having never cancelled or failed to show. I always ring you to discuss your personal requirements. A month before, I contact you again to obtain your playlist.
I have top quality sound equipment and lighting effects including laser lights and smoke machine (venue permitted). I have a current PAT certificate and 10m Public Liability insurance as I take my responsibilities seriously.

We are regularly entertaining newly weds on theIr special evening. Having obtained your playlist and any other special requirements, I have visited the venue and met with the couple prior to the evening or even visited them at home to finalise arrangements. Nothing is too much trouble.
There is nothing better than marking those special birthdays or wedding anniversaries. Again like weddings nothing is too much trouble for us. We promise you a great party atmosphere that will send your guests home having danced the night away.
Some of our corporate clients have included Virgin Atlantic and PJH Distributors were we provided some great entertainment. What ever your event give us a call and we will provide your company, Charity with excellent entertainment.

Absolutely fantastic from Mick and Chris.

Mick stepped in at the eleventh hour to DJ at a charity event myself and some friends were holding, after our original DJ fell through. He truly saved the day! The communication from start to finish was spot on, Mick went above and beyond for us in terms of accommodating playlists, speeches and the arrival of a special guest on the night. Nothing was too much trouble and I can't recommend him enough. Thanks so much Mick!
Fantastic Service
Mick contacted me straight away, and went through everything he does. He also put all the info in an email. He contacted me leading up to my event which made me feel at ease. Mick was there on time and made my party a great success playing the songs I had requested before hand. And also taking requests on the night which was great

Right from the very start Mick’s communication was second to none. He reassured us that his services would more than meet our needs, and he and his son on the night, went above and beyond our expectations.
He understood our wishes in way of a playlist, but also on the night, he played whatever requests came in!

Professional, accomodating and reliable
Mick was great from the start. He attended a metting at our venue to discuss layouts, was very accomodating of our unique requests, offering alternatives if needed.
No request was too much. He was extremely understanding and respectful of our wedding theme, offering his experience to enhance our wedding day.
It added so much having some unique personal touches. Including an 'entrance theme' and 'cake reveal' theme.
All in keeping with our weddings movie theme.
Communication right from the start was perfect. Very pleasent man and comes highly reccomended from both Jenny and myself !

50 th birthday party in hotel
Very helpful, friendly and accessible right from the start. It was enjoyable planning the event and playlist with Mick. We had a brilliant party and Mick was at the centre of it. He happily played the songs that I and the other guests requested. Thanks very much Mick for giving us a much needed party and lots of good memories!
