Ragmarsh Farm Burger Bar

We are mixed arable and livestock farmers based in Bradfield, North Essex. We have run a Butchers shop in Manningtree for 10 years. For the last 3 years we have been catering at events and private parties, large and small.
We offer a genuine farm to fork experience , providing top quality freshly cooked food with a known provenance, good welfare standard and minimal food miles.
Our main produce is burgers, hotdogs and freshly cooked chips. This is all supplied directly from our farm, the only thing we buy in is the brioche burger and hotdog rolls and sauces. We can also offer more bespoke services such as pulled beef/pork, steak baguettes/wraps and a selection of BBQ type meats.
We are a family run enterprise, you will more than likely be served by a genuine farmer or farmers wife!
We have two units available, the largest is an 18 month old very smart and shiny catering trailer that was built specifically for us, the second is a converted 1970s Commer fire truck for those that prefer something with a bit of character.
Both units are fully equipped with fridges/freezers/griddles etc and can either bring their own generator or hook up to a nearby power supply.
Our staff are friendly and personable and wear a smart uniform.
We have a top 5 hygiene score and full certificates for public liability and safety testing etc, fully insured.
Our ethos is to provide really good quality food at a fair price.
Vintage tractor on the front of the trailer sometimes available if you ask us nicely!
