From the beginning Josh was so helpful while we were discussing what we needed. He guided us in how much to order for our numbers (there were 6 buns leftover after everyone had firsts, seconds and thirds) and was incredibly accommodating in finding every single ingredient in every item so we could share lists with guests with allergies.

I had a lot of questions and he answered all of them quickly and without any bother.

The hog was cooked on site and from the moment we arrived it smelt incredible! Throughout the night we had so much feedback saying how delicious it was.
