I have been a head chef for 18 years working in country house hotels, award-winning gastro pubs and event catering companies. I specialise in weddings, private dinner parties and canapé events. I love cooking for small groups of people and making special occasions just that.

I have cooked in a range of settings and situations, from cooking for members of the royal family and A list celebrities. I was head chef for the main caterers for the VIP areas of Bristol Balloon Fiesta and Badminton Horse Trials. I have also run cooking classes/courses for members of the public.

I started my freelance chef business in August 2023, since August I have been working in an amazing wedding venue in the Cotswolds cooking on coals and preparing amazing wedding food. I have only a couple of spaces left for priviate dinner parties and events in 2023.
