We booked David for our wedding. He was great even when we asked to add salads last minute.

On the day all our guests commented how friendly, professional and how great the food was - also excellent value for money.

We paid our deposit in October for our wedding in August. David cancelled 2 weeks before our wedding with the excuse that he would ‘rather not’ do it. Very unreliable and disappointing. Would obviously not recommend.

I wanted to say thank you so much to you and your team for catering for my son and daughter in law’s wedding yesterday at the Verulamium rugby club last weekend. You all worked so hard but made it look easy. It really was a true feat to feed 150 guests so well and so efficiently. The whole meal was beautifully presented and delicious from the canapés (I loved the cheese balls and samosas in particular), the hog roast and salads, to the delicious desserts. And the evening cheese board went down a treat too. There was more than enough for everyone, including seconds. I do hope we did you proud!

Thank you so much to David who provided a fantastic hog roast for my sons christening. My guests were so impressed, I’ve had numerous comments telling me it was the best hog roast they’d ever had. Even phone calls the next day asking if there was any left over.
David communicated well in the beginning when it came to arranging everything and checked in with me before the event. He did everything he said he would and was also very personable.

David turned up right on time. Set up with no fuss. He was very personable throughout the day and the food was superb. Would definitely recommend this service. We catered for 100 people at £6.50 per head...great value.

We had a great service from David who was very good at answering any concerns leading up to the event. He was very efficient on the day serving around 100 guests. The food was delicious and plentiful. I would definitely recommend the Organic Spit Roast Company.

I had never had a hog roast before, David turned up early in the day set up the hog roast and let it cook slowly all day. The food was served at 8.30 with lovely salads as accompaniments. Everyone loved it and were complimenting the food. David had a helper with him and she stayed all day. She couldn't do enough to help us and was even blowing up balloons. I would definitely use David again the whole experience was 5 star. Thank you David.

David produced the most amazing hog roast for 50+. He arrived at 10am and watched over the roasting all day serving up as requested at 4pm. Also having produced three salads on site. Many guests have asked for David's details surely proof enough of how good it was. Thanks again David you made the party.
