The Gourmet Hog Roast Company Lancashire team is led by Nick Shepherd and Anthony Rose, both are family men who combines their experience in hospitality and passion for BBQs to ensure guests have the best experience possible.
Nick, Anthony and the team will work with you to put together a mouth-watering menu for your wedding, party or corporate event, always looking for new and exciting recipe ideas inspired by a love of barbecue cooking.
Our hog roasts are slow-cooked to perfection, taking influences from flavours across the globe, whether it’s African cuisine, Mediterranean delights or closer to home with traditional British flavours.

All our free-range meat is ethically sourced, traced from farm to plate, often using local suppliers.

On the day of your event, our experienced chefs will arrive at your chosen venue at a pre-arranged time, bringing everything required to get started.

The most incredible service and food. We were amazed at the quality of the food and also having something different to the usual boring buffet. Had an amazing garden party to celebrate my 60th on 1st July. The weather was not our friend but Nick was absolutely amazing and created the most wonderfully tasty juicy Hog Roast, Tuscan chicken, Rump Steak, Salmon Fillets and a variety of vegetarian dishes. The whole day was wonderful and people went back for 2nds and 3rds. Nick and Chris his colleague were so helpful, professional and kind. They cleared up their rubbish after themselves, you wouldn't know they had been, until you smelt the leftovers in the kitchen, all covered up nicely ready to freeze . Thoroughly recommend this package and will definitely use them again.
