We used the Rein Inn for our wedding on 23 July and it was a completely faultless service that I’d happily recommend to absolutely anyone. On the day, Oli and his team were a fantastic bunch of people with a bottomless knowledge of the various local drinks they had on offer and crafted their very own rum that was absolutely delicious. I’ve never hired a mobile bar company before and hiring one for our big day was a bit daunting, but Oli was brilliant at communicating, responding with different welcome drink ideas and various ways his team could pitch in to help (and these were genuine offers of assistance rather than a hard sell for an extra service). I couldn’t have been happier with how it all went on the day. Simply brilliant.

Oli and team have been incredible from start to finish.
I was able to organise my Sisters Hen party with the Rein Inn all the way from Sydney Australia, and Oli went above and beyond to help me create the most perfect bar set up for the afternoon. All guests had a great time and were so impressed by the friendly and fun service from The Rein Inn.
Throughout the organisation all communications were clear and extremely helpful as the team knew the Herefordshire area so well.
The customisation of the drinks menu was spot on, everyone enjoyed a selection of cocktails which were all made with local products which is a really nice touch.

Could not recommend the Rein Inn more highly for any event you are having.

Ollie was really helpful and communicated well during the whole booking process which helped us to prepare for our daughter’s party properly. The amazing horse box bar was well stocked and provided an appealing range of cocktails which were delicious. The staff were friendly and kept the drinks flowing. I would definitely re-book for another occasion in the future. Thank you to all involved.

Arrived promptly to our event and staff right from the start all the way to the early hours of the morning were incredibly friendly. Not only was the bar beautiful but they set out some wonderful lighting to create a great atmosphere.

There was a great variety of drinks and they were all delicious. The favourite being the espresso martini.

The staff kept in touch with us throughout the night letting us know how our funds behind the bar were faring and in the build up to the big night were always quick to reply to our emails.

All our guests have raved about how wonderful the bar was and it was a real centrepiece of the night.

We were absolutely blown away by the service provided by the Rein Inn for our Wedding, their fully restored horse box bar is definitely a sight to see!
Oli kept us up-to-date throughout the entire process from booking all the way up to the event. Also a TEN's application was applied for and granted to allow the bar to serve alcohol in the carpark of our venue.
The team arrived ahead of time beating myself and the groomsmen to the venue, taking away a lot of my stress.
The welcome drinks were fantastic and catered for all.
The toast drinks were also exceptional and were organised and brought in to guests right on cue for the speeches to take place.
The team stayed with us throughout the event and organised to take the bottles and waste away
