The Rein Inn has been converted from a lonely horsebox into a beautiful event bar. They specialise in catering for a wide range of public and private events including weddings and special occasions with packages that are bespoke to you and can include just the hire of the horsebox or hired with fully capable, experienced and enthusiastic staff.

What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?

The location and date of the event is the first thing we would like to know as a supplier. After that would be the timings of the event and how many guests you are expecting. Then pretty much if you would like the bar inside or outside and if you have a budget in mind.

What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

I would advise a customer to read the initial response and then do their research. Have a look at their website, Facebook/Instagram page and read any reviews; see what other suppliers/customers recommend them. Ask the price and whether there is a minimum spend required.
Ask them what makes them unique/stand out from the others. For us, it is that we are very proud to stock our local, Herefordshire Gins, Vodkas, Ciders and Beers.

Please tell us a little bit about how and why you started the business.

I and my brother started the idea back in the summer of 2020. My brother being a fabricator by trade has converted The Rein Inn from a lonely horsebox in a field to an impressive mobile bar. We didn't just want to be another run of the mill bar so we aimed our business at showcasing the local producers Herefordshire has to offer. Spirits, Ales, Ciders - all from Hereford and we are proud to support them. We want to give people the best experience from booking to event so we are on hand 24/7 to tailor your event just the way you want it.

Please tell us about a booking you've had through Add to Event, how did it go? Would you recommend us to others?

We have had two bookings so far through Add to Event and the process of booking and contacting each other is so easy.
The one event that stands out is a wedding in Halesowen for a couple who had been let down by their previous bar supplier. We were more than happy to help and we provided welcome drinks and toast prosecco as well as glass hire. The wedding went perfectly and the bride and groom left us a great review on our page. We can't wait to do more and expand our business even further.
