Our company have adapted an old South African street food called Bunny Chow. It's origins are from migrant Indian sugar cane workers. Taking their previous nights meal, which consisted of curried chickpea and vegetables, the filling was placed in a scooped out half load of bread. Working long hours they would eat this under the Bania Tree during their lunch breaks.
We want to bring to market a healthier more substantial food choice. With no additives, colorants or preservatives. Developed for ease and contained eating, we have introduced a Scottish fusion with our chicken, bacon and haggis filling. Our BBQ pulled pork is our biggest hit but we can accommodate most fillings in our unique rolls. We would be delighted to serve these innovative & fresh artisan baked rolls with a choice of filling for a finger buffet - evening wedding, corporate event, social or sporting function you are planning.
