About For Mice and Men

For Mice & Men is a travelling grilled cheese 'muncheonette' serving Bristol & the surrounding area from our Airstream trailer or festival-style shack since 2015. We've recreated the classic American sandwich (grilled cheese) using local cheeses, organic sourdough & hand-churned butter. You can design a crowd-pleasing menu with your choice of toppings & house sauces.

Grilled cheese is a pretty good bet for everything from late-night wedding bites to lunch for the office. It's simple, delicious, fast, fun, and--when done right--leaves guests satisfied & impressed.
