Those Caterers & That Fish Guy are caterers based in South Wales.
We cover;

Founded in 2015 by James Bumpass, who has over 25 years experience in high quality kitchens and has appeared on
BBC, Masterchef The Professionals
and in various print publications as an ambassador for British Produce.
We offer full service catering from mobile kitchen vans kitted out to the highest quality and have held a 5 star food hygiene rating for the last 8 years of trading.
We can design you a menu to your own specification to ensure your satisfaction on the day.

Fantastic friendly service
Fantastic friendly service by Kerry and Reece, really easy going from the off, a professional out fit.
The food was loved by all and everyone was happy so thank you for making it a great start to their Easter break!

That Fish Guy catered for our anniversary barn dance. Everyone commented how great the fish and chips were. The staff were very friendly and they accommodated for a range of dietary requirements. Thank you
Amazing, Amazing, Amazing!! Food was outstanding
We hired that fish guy for our wedding and could not be happier with the service he provided and food supplied.
He catered for around 120 people cooking all food fresh. It was all delicious. He provided cod, battered sausage and battered Hallumi (for the veggies) but eaten by all (as it was class)
He arrived during the day with no fuss was set up and ready to go well in advance.
His and his assistants top class service, with their bubbly and friendly approach really added to our day.
We can not recommend highly enough and would definitely use again.

We had fish & chip lunch at our factory and everyone enjoyed! the fish was lovely and the chips were incredible and very crispy. Great portion sizes and very very tasty. Lovely people and great Service!

James and his team provided the catering for our wedding this weekend and we cannot recommend them highly enough. Nothing could have been improved upon. The communication when booking and in the lead up to the wedding was excellent, the van looked beautiful on the day, everyone serving was so friendly and the food was absolutely delicious and so well presented. All our guests commented on how great it was. Thank you James, it was exactly what we wanted.
