With many years of experience in all aspects of the catering and hospitality business working in resorts, hotels, passenger liners, private yachts and as a personnel chef to high profile clients. I have travelled the world trouble-shooting restaurants front of house and also as the Head Chef and I am ready to take on your challenge. I have recently returned to the UK to settle after working overseas for many years.
