We have had an electric food bike made that has two deep fat fryers for cooking our popcorn cauliflower, chips and 5 mayonnaise pumps for customers to experience our ever-rotating flavours. To give you an example we currently have our original, miso & sesame, rosemary & thyme, scotch bonnet and smoked paprika on offer.

We are a new mayonnaise startup that is bringing a variety of trailblazing flavours to the market. Started by two close friends, one of which is a chef and the first thing he learnt how to make was mayonnaise. After working in restaurants Ned decided to pursue his lifelong dream of making his family recipe into a business
