We are a family who enjoys searching for the best ingredients, experimenting whilst cooking, and championing Welsh flavours! Some of our secret cheese sauces will make you keep coming back for more - especially when loaded onto nachos or as a sourdough toastie. We are fun, creative and environmentally focused with our menus.

Our lovely food van provides catering to private parties, events and festivals nationwide. We offer a huge range of different menus too - we can always cater for a range of dietary requirements. Our dishes are well-priced and healthy, and champion the use of local, organic produce where possible. Our sourdough bread used for toasties is made at a local bakery, and all of the dairy we use is from Welsh herds.

We are passionate about food, and want to bring modern fusion Welsh cuisine to the whole of the UK!
