About Canvas Belles
At Canvas Belles we recognise how important those family milestones and birthdays are. Never have we needed to celebrate more and, as a family run company we get it.
We are passionate about providing beautifully furnished bell tents, indoor sleepovers and styled picnics direct to your door. We specialise in wedding villages, glamping, children's parties, wedding corners, family garden staycations, indoor and outdoor cinema, picnic styling with a choice of tables&seating and pride ourselves on tailoring each party to you.
No two parties are the same so, whilst we offer themes, we work hard to personalise your event just for you or even create a bespoke theme if you have an idea that the recipient would love.
We have 4m, 5m, 6m and Emperor tents. All of our bell tents are made from 100% unbleached, natural, breathable cotton canvas with heavy duty zipped in groundsheets. These are furnished with a choice of bedding or furniture to create anything from Formula One to an Italian pizzeria; from an elegant safari themed luxury getaway or chill out lounge to a disco party or trip to a magical Wizarding world. We use only top quality camp beds, bedding and accessories.
Our indoor tents are CE approved and are, again, of the highest quality.
We have public liability insurance; hold certificates in infection control; basic fire safety awareness; level 2 food safety catering and hold a 5 star hygiene rating from Warwick District Council. We also hold DBS certificates.

We provide our services to a wide range of clients across Warwickshire, The Cotswolds, Leicestershire and Coventry. We create bespoke parties for children and adult celebrations including birthdays and Hen Weekends. Last year over 80% of our children's party business was word of mouth, repeat business or recommendations. That's because, as a family run business, we work hard to ensure you get exactly what you hoped for and go over and beyond to make sure you are happy.
We can provide accomodation for Wedding Villages, Family Celebrations, Festivals and Retreat Weekends. We have a wealth of experience in creating bespoke celebrations on a large scale and consequently are the preferred supplier for five Wedding venues: Maisemore Manor,Gloucester; The Orchard at Munsley; Elmbridge Wedding Venue, Worcester; Walton Hall, Wellesbourne and Warwick House,Southam.
We are also trusted supplier to several venues across Warwickshire and the Cotswolds including the Cotswold Manor Estate, the Apple Barn at Charingworth and Tinywood Homes.
We earn loyalty and repeated custom through our commitment to you-we are friendly, approachable and ensure that each event gets exactly the same level of attention and care because we are passionate about what we do.

Incredible company
I cannot speak any higher of Canvas Belles. We hired them for our festival wedding and they just made it - our guests loved staying in a makeshift glamp site and it was honestly incredible!
The beds were memory foam - no air beds! And proper furniture with such beautiful attention to detail. Our honeymoon tent was another level. Just stunning.
We also hired the kids entertainment tent which our little ones loved ! So much fun in there and they loved having a little “zone” that we weren’t allowed in’
The company had such great communication, even working together with another company we hired due to the volume of tents needed. They even had a full site inspection prior.

Absolutely amazing I was impressed throughout from the first point of communication and the whole service was absolutely stunning. My daughter was over the moon with how beautiful Julie decorated our living room for her birthday. Julie really goes out of her way to provide A class service I will absolutely use her again and have recommended her to many people already.
