Capture Company Events

I booked a chocolate fountain for my son’s 5th Birthday party, we were in communication right up until the day of the party, they explained what time they were leaving, confirmed they were coming, however they did not arrive, I did try and call, left a voicemail and txt messages, they finally sent a txt one hour into the party (the party was for 2 hours) saying they were in traffic, then nothing! No message, no call, didn’t say they were not going to be able to come, they just didn’t arrive, the communication from them was awful, and I still to this day haven’t heard a word from them, I would not book with these people, I had 30 very upset children, my son was devastated he did not get the chocolate fountain, they are let downs!

Came on time as they said they would! Delivered a great service. Designed the video with the music as I wanted, all in all everyone had great fun and I would use their services again.
