Chipsy®, established in 2017, set out to revive the food choices on offer while exploring the cross-roads of street food and gourmet. We’ve gone all out to ensure that people can enjoy the freshest of high-quality ingredients, well-cooked and mind-blowingly tasty! When it comes to food trucks, Chipsy® is a revelation. We specialise in amazing triple-cooked chips served with a choice of more than 50 mouth-watering dishes. Our incredible selection is a combination of British classics and international standards. Think fresh MSC-standard cod on one plate and delectable Indian butter chicken on another, all served with freshly cooked, crisp and tasty triple cooked Chipsy® chips! We buy our meat from the very best on offer at Smithfields Meat Market, MSC-standard fish comes from Billingsgate Market and our garden-fresh vegetables from Spitalfields Market. We use premium range imported potatoes. We store them in earth until they’re ready to use, to ensure they retain every bit of flavour. They go through a ten-step preparation process before the final fry. Our menu choices are WIDE with Meat, Fish, Halal, Kosher, vegan and vegetarian options. Our production kitchen hosts the latest in food technology, allowing us to create the craziest of dishes. In addition to our extensive savoury menu, we have a gorgeous selection of desserts which you can choose to add as a second course (charges apply). We look forward to catering for you.
