Our dough rests for 48 hours and each pizza is stretched by hand by a true Italian pizzaiolo. For Italians food is king and Don Basilico use only the best ingredients for his pizza proposing classic and contemporary combinations. We offer Vegetarian, Vegan and Gluten free options at no extra cost. Don Basilico offer different types of service: CLASSIC PIZZERIA: we stretch each pizza to order, and with our oven, we can make approx 35 pizza an hour served in pizza boxes TASTING MENU: We keep cooking pizza, topped with different ingredients from classic to contemporary flavours served on wooden boards for your guests to help themselves. With this service we can provide some side like garlic pizza bread and cheese board with chutney. ROMANA STYLE: We cook large square pizza served by the slice like the oldest Roman street food style, served in paper trays
