About Elite Catering
Nick Bevan became a chef aged 18. He worked around the country in prestigious Hotels and Restaurants, training under the greats, finally receiving recognition as head chef in The Dylan Thomas Centre, Swansea. Nick and his wife Lisa Bevan went on to open and successfully run some of the best known restaurants in Wales, with the highest reputations, including The Chelsea Cafe, The Mermaid Restaurant, Mumbles, and Cafe Nisse.
Nick Bevan also extended his expertise to assist new businesses opening as a consultant, advising on menu planning, staff recruitment, Hygiene and good kitchen management. Not only is Nick Bevan highly skilled in the kitchen, but his passion for excellence also meant that Nick Bevan was of the very few who can boast to obtaining a gold certificate for hygiene, the highest possible accolade given by health and safety Inspectors, reassuring indeed!
