Tracey of Essence of Cake made an amazing cake in the shape of a Technics Record Deck for my son's 50th Birthday. I sent her photos of how I wanted it to look and she did an excellent job!

A really well designed cake that exceeded my expectations and of course tasted amazing!! Tracey was very accommodating with the flavours I wanted, however wasn’t sure what she was actually going to be able to do with the Ford Fiesta XR2 picture I sent her! I was asking for a lot but it was my partners 30th and it needed to be perfect! I couldn’t believe how life like the cake was when I saw it! My partner was over the moon with it! A cake well worth the money! Thank you again Tracey! I will sure be ordering from you again!

Absolutely Amazing
The cake looked amazing, and tasted amazing my client was very happy with it although when you’re doing Minnie again the ears maybe better not attached and someone shown how to attach them as they fell off. They were fixable with edible glue and the children didn’t notice. I would still definitely use again despite that.
Absolutely wonderful addition to our event
Tracey came along to our dog agility event to provide a cake stall to our competitors and spectators. She was extremely polite and friendly and built a wonderful report with everybody. Her stall looked immaculate and professional and her cakes and sweet treats are absolutely to die for. We had wonderful feedback and everybody has asked us if we can book her for every event! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her for any of your cake based requirements, she's a very talented lady.
