“Swasdee สวัสดี” – that’s “hello” in Thai, and we believe it’s the best way to kick off our story!
I’m Nok, your friendly Thai chef hailing from the vibrant streets of Udon Thani. Alongside my partner-in-crime, Mihai, we decided to take a leap of faith back in 2019. With a sprinkle of adventure and a dash of spontaneity, we left our catering jobs behind and embarked on a journey that turned out to be a culinary rollercoaster ride like no other!

Fast forward to 2025, and we’ve rolled out over 100,000 hand-rolled spring rolls and guzzled through a whopping 750 liters of coconut milk—because who doesn't love a good curry? Our Thai food has travelled far and wide across the UK, from the sunny shores of Brighton to the bustling streets of Leicester and London. We’ve delighted guests at over 200 events during peak season, fully booked every weekend! Be it corporate gigs, weddings, or birthdays, we’ve got you covered with flavors that will leave you and your guests smiling.
With amazing clients like Warner Bros Studios, Holland & Barrett, and NHS, we’re not just chefs; we’re flavor wizards working our magic in kitchens everywhere.
In Thailand, we believe good food = good mood! Our culinary creations swirl together the four essential flavors of Thai cuisine: salty, spicy, sweet, and sour. It’s like a dance party in your mouth!
Whether we’re setting up a cozy indoor feast or hosting a garden party under the stars, our outdoor and indoor catering services are tailored specifically for your Thai food cravings. We’ve mastered the art of speed, whipping up delicious dishes at a rapid-fire pace of 5 guests per minute (that’s 300 per hour—yes, you read that right!). Just a heads up: terms and conditions apply regarding menu choices because, let’s be honest, we can’t do it all (yet)!
