About FlipnFast

Establised in 2016, at core FlipnFast is a mobile creperie with a difference; whether you're looking for sweet treats, or a full menu of savoury and sweet options we can cater for everyone attending your event. Everything we serve is vegan & gluten free, our crepe batter is free from the 14 major allergens. Those with food allergies, coeliac disease and other dietary requirements are safe with us. Not only that, but rest assured our crepes are always appreciated and enjoyed by everyone, even those who are lucky enough to eat everything! We want our food to be inclusive and fun.

We have now extended our offering to a wider range of free-from options! Always vegan, gluten free and nut free.

We can serve from one of our quirky pink trailers or a gazebo.

**NEW FOR 2026 - ICE CREAM!** We are in the process of converting a trailer, in which we will install a softserve/whippy ice-cream machine. Tried and tested on hundreds of customers last year in our sister business, this ice-cream is loved by all! Free-From the top 14 allergens, but you wouldn't know it! *Does contain legumes and coconut* - available with a range of toppings

FREE FROM STREET FOOD While crepes are undoubtedly our core product, we can also provide other types of food if you are able to supply us with power. We have served burgers, loaded nachos, curries, toasties and more; all just as 'free from' as our crepes.

- MEXICAN - with homemade cheeze sauce, guac, pico di gallo and sour cream. Loaded Nachos or Rice Bowls. Chilli or Cajun Roast Veg. - INDIAN - Homemade Dahl and Curries with Rice, Poppadoms and chutneys. - BREAKFAST BUTTIES - Gluten-free & vegan brioche butties with sosages, tof-egg, bac'n, hash browns & more. With ketchup or our home-made GF brown sauce. + MORE OPTIONS!

Our Story

The sad faces when people can't enjoy a treat or find something safe to eat at an event were too much for us... So we morphed in to The UK's most inclusive street food business (as far as we're aware ;) )! Instead of disappointment and hanger, people with dietary limitations experience sheer joy and amazement. Imagine watching a child enjoy their first ever chocolate and marshmallow crepe, or whippy ice-cream cone!

Founder Anna comes from a family where dietary requirements include severe nut allergies, a legume allergy, coeliac disease, veganism and an egg allergy. This means she has a lifetime's experience of creating meals that everyone can eat!

Experience

Anna has been running FlipnFast since 2016. Over the years we have catered at countless festivals, weddings, corporate events and more!

As well as ten years of running a catering business, Anna has always been a keen and creative cook. She also has completed a Level 4 diploma in Nutrition, meaning that our free-from dishes are packed with the nutrients you need to feel great!

Typical Clients

We are available for any type of event including festivals, family oriented events, weddings, corporate events and private parties. Our clients want to make sure that all of their guests can enjoy a whole menu of amazing food! They need a caterer who takes food allergeies, coeliac disease and a vegan lifestyle seriously and makes sure that everyone feels included.

Fantastic Crepes!

Great Pancake Day Service

Booked Anna the week before Pancake Day for colleagues at Port of Tyne, communication was quick and very helpful. She served colleagues at different locations throughout the day, including our site on the other side of the Tyne. We had excellent feedback from colleagues and crepes were delicious. Would definitely recommend!

Fantastic service, product and owner!

Cannot recommend Anna and FlipnFast enough. As a vegan company with a lot of gluten free staff its hard to cater for events and Anna came in and smashed it with the crepes and the topping selection. 5 star reviews all round the office and cannot wait to have her back!
