Sean was a total pleasure to work with. The food was excellent and service was smooth. What a great company. The staff were impeccable and incredibly professional led by great front of house manager. Would book Sean and his team as suppliers again.

We couldn't find a decent caterer in our area as we were planning our wedding. Sean is an excellent communicator, nothing is too much trouble even if there are loads of questions one wants to ask. The buffet was was excellent with just that twist of being a tad different...many of our guests said how much they enjoyed the food. It was good value and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend Fusion Cuisine . His assistant Gabby deserves a mention as a very pleasant, hardworking and helpful young lady . Fusion cuisine catered our sons 21st birthday , 3 course meal , which was held in our garden . From start to finish , Sean could not have been more accommodating or professional. He worked really hard with us to come up with a fantastic ‘modern fusion’ menu , which everyone absolutely loved ! Nothing was too much trouble.
On the evening , the service was seamless, professional and relaxed .
I can 100% recommend Sean and his lovely team and we will definitely use Sean’s services again .

Sean really went above and beyond for our wedding. He created a custom menu around our preferences and couldn’t have done more when it came to guests with allergies or dietary requirements.

We used Fusion Cuisine to cater for a series of research workshops with children and adults. Sean has been so courteous and conscientious throughout the set up process, and has really gone above and beyond to make sure we have everything we need. He has communicated clearly with us the whole time and went out of the way to make sure we'd have things like teas and coffees ready in the morning. The food was also delicious, plentiful, and a really great range! Lovely and fresh too. He catered well for various dietary and allergens and provided an allergen booklet for our participants on the day. I am so thankful for Sean and how smooth he has made this process. Highly recommend!!

Sean was very easy to communicate with. He made suggestions but was at pains to stress that they were only suggestions and could be changed.
He came up with a menu to suit everyone - adults and youngsters, and a vegetarian. The recipients found the menus original and tasty!
It was a real treat to have everything served and then all the clearing away done for us.
Sean was attentive and professional and I’d have no hesitation in recommending him.
