About Fusion Cuisine

At Fusion Cuisine we specialise in all manner of event catering, specifically weddings and private functions. All of our menus are written around the clients, taking into consideration your likes and dislikes. all culinary genres can be catered for including a very good understanding of vegan cuisine. and street food. We are now taking bookings for all your festive requests, from Christmas parties to personal family gatherings

Fantastic food! Great team!

Sean was a total pleasure to work with. The food was excellent and service was smooth. What a great company. The staff were impeccable and incredibly professional led by great front of house manager. Would book Sean and his team as suppliers again.

Fantastic food,.briiliant service , great communic

We couldn't find a decent caterer in our area as we were planning our wedding. Sean is an excellent communicator, nothing is too much trouble even if there are loads of questions one wants to ask. The buffet was was excellent with just that twist of being a tad different...many of our guests said how much they enjoyed the food. It was good value and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend Fusion Cuisine . His assistant Gabby deserves a mention as a very pleasant, hardworking and helpful young lady . Mike and I had a fabulous wedding day and the catering made a big contribution to that . Our guests also said how much they enjoyed the day
