Welcome to Gyoza Gyoza! Shropshire’s one-stop, gyoza loving, street food pop-up specialising in bringing the tastiest Japanese dumplings to your events and taste buds!

We can cater for all food events, from food and music festivals to corporate events and weddings; if you love gyoza, then we're the caterer for you!

So...what's our food like? In one word...DELICIOUS! Delicately cooked, crispy bottomed, juicy gyozas served with a selection of fresh toppings and dipping sauces. For the hungrier tummy's, why not try our Bento Boxes which include a delicious, crunchy Asian Slaw and Sticky Jasmine Rice.

We love seeing the smile on peoples faces when they take their first bite of our scrumptious gyoza's. It's at that point that we know we're doing something right and we just want to keep on going. The nature of Gyoza Gyoza's set-up makes it an almost immersive experience for both us and the customer.
