Hot Tub Hire Cymru specialises in the hot tub hire sector providing an easy, no hassle service. We provide both solid and inflatable spas along with gazebos if necessary. We will set up the Hot Tub for you for whatever time you would like and similarly collect it at your convenience.
Hot tub hire covering Cardiff, Newport and 40 miles outwards for an extra fee. Tubs capacity are 4-7 adults depending on choice, gazebos and lighting can also be provided. We pride ourselves on excellent customer service and a hassle free experience not to be forgotten. Our aim is to be able to do everything for you so you just have to sit back and relax in our comfortable hot tubs.
We specialise in delivering tubs to private homes, the holiday rental industry and for commercial and private events. Hot Tub Hire Cymru are a small team that is capable of delivering a personal service on every hire. When you hire with us, you will always be dealt with 100 percent customer service and all queries will be met.

Unprofessional / Crap service
Didn’t show up at all even though they had txed me on the day telling me everything is fine and that there still coming round to fit the tub as scheduled. 4 hours later I then get a text saying they can not make it due to error codes. Wasn’t apologetic at all and didn’t offer a solution. Found them very unprofessional and they didn’t seemed that fussed. My advice to anyone looking at hire them is..... don’t waste your time or your hard earned cash on their service as you don’t get much from them.

Amazing Service with amazing hot tubs!
Booked a solid Hot Tub for a party and was so happy with the quality of it. Unfortunately, they did arrive a bit late so that’s why I gave the communication a 4/5 but they made up for it with the excellent quality of service. Definitely would recommend and amazing value for money!
Amazing service from start to finish
Fantastic service, arrived on time set the tub up quickly the two staff members that came were very friendly and explained all i needed to know very clearly. Any time i needed to contact them i would receive a response within 10mins. Hot rub was fab so was the service ☆☆☆☆☆ all the way thank you

Hired this for my daughters 11th birthday. She absolutely loved it, so did her friends. Only decided to book about 2 weeks before but hot tub hire Cymru were very accommodating with the far most attractive quote. Sam was great with his communication and the fitters were excellent, very knowledgeable about the product.
