James was really helpful - he was very prompt with getting a quote to me and answered all my questions with great patience! There was a bit of a slow start with the hot tub heating up (I hadn’t realised that bad weather and choosing a larger hot tub would take significantly longer to heat up). However James was really helpful and did all he could to speed things up. He extended our rental time for no extra charge as a result of this and so we are grateful for this. All in all we had a fun few days with the hot tub. A real treat! Thank you James

Rented an inflatable hot tub from James. Great price for the bank holiday weekend. Good communication throughout the rental period. James set up the hot tub, gave good information for how to care for the water and then collected the hot tub once finished. Great fun was had using it, would highly recommend and would easily rent again from James. Thanks for a memorable bank holiday weekend.

Delivered and set up when arranged, excellent training and support on maintaining the hot tub while we had it and support on the phone if we needed. We really enjoyed the hot tub fir my wife’s birthday. She loved it so much she extended the rental!

James was great. Gave me a time window in which he would arrive, then updated me as he got closer. He setup in about an hour, was really friendly, took me through the instructions and made sure I was happy before he left and even messaged me a few times later on to make sure everything was going as planned. He wasn’t able to pick it up on the arranged day, so we had an extra days use which was great. When he came to collect again he gave a time window, and updated to a specific time as he got closer. It took him about half an hour to empty and deflate it, left no mess and was a pleasure to have around. I would highly recommend his services.

I was looking to do something special for my daughter’s 18th birthday and someone suggested a hot tub. I spoke to James and he was so friendly and helpful I decided to book. The service was great from start to finish. He came and set it up in the garden and explained how to look after it whilst we had it. My daughter was delighted by the surprise and it was lovely sitting out in it in January whilst it was so cold! Would definitely recommend James and would hire again from him in the future.
