We are a well-established, 5-star outdoor barbecue caterer who produce a range of high-quality food made fresh in front of your eyes. We are based in the rural countryside of Astbury, Cheshire and cover a large part of the UK. We deliver traditional barbecue methods with a modern-day twist,
You and your guests’ mouths will be watering as you hear the sizzles from the barbecue and the aroma of spices as they fill the air. Watch our team create your favourite dishes right in front of your eyes. From catering for small numbers up to the masses, we offer a full catering package delivering a unique and fun way of dining that will create a wonderful memory for any event.
We have menu options available to suit all budgets and requirements including foods such as Kebabs 'n' Wraps, Gourmet 'dirty Burgers, and our real eye catcher, JW's Holy Grill, a Deluxe package using a 4ft Swing grill.
We require no power source and aim to have the smallest carbon footprint of any outdoor caterer, only using 100% compostable packaging and we recycle where possible. With exceptional reviews and becoming a Regional Finalist in The Wedding Industry Awards for 2022, it’s no surprise that JW’s HolySmoke are fast becoming a go to choice for any type of event.

We really enjoyed having JWs Holysmoke cater our wedding. The food was plentiful and delicious and the staff were so kind and easy to work with. We got lots of great feedback on the food from guests and we'd highly recommend them for anyone looking for good food at a good price.
Great Food and Great Service
Communicating with Jen was easy, and she was responsive to all my messages and questions.
Our guests were dancing until late at night, and weren't hungry, so Holysmoke individually wrapped all the burgers for us to eat later/the next day and they still tasted delicious.

I highly recommend using Jen & the team at JW's Holy Smoke. Not only was her communication impecable, she was more than accommodating when i had to up the numbers the day before. They were personable, got a long with all our guests, left no mess at all and the food was delish. I would use them again in a heart beat. thank you team :) Could not be happier with their service.

Brilliant food with great service
These guys were brilliant from start to finish! Jen talked me through options and how it would work, she sent me loads of information and was really quick to respond to any questions. On the day Wayne and Jen were so good with the guests, super friendly and the food was AMAZING. Best bit was I didn’t have to clear anything up as when everyone had eaten they left without a trace! Defo be booking again and will recommend to friends (who have already been asking about you!). Thanks for everything, Nicola x

Jen, Wayne and Faye looked after all our guests with the great food they had to offer. Set up was professional, quick and organised. Service wonderful and everyone enjoyed the hospitality. We have had great feedback from all round, be it employees or guests to our event.

Great food and service!
We used JWs Holysmoke for our wedding reception! The food and service were amazing and I would highly recommend them to anyone. We had delicious canapes with drinks and then a very tasty B/Q followed by sausage and bacon baps for our evening snacks later on. We've had some lovely compliments from our guests saying how great the food was and a few people have taken their details to use for future events.
