Welcome to Dreamcatcher Events! We are an established wedding & event supplier based in the Angus coastal town of Montrose and can provide our services throughout Scotland. Whether you are planning a wedding, birthday party, corporate event or any other type of celebration, we can supply a range of catering options, decor hire, and stationery.
CATERING For party food, choose from our traditional white cart, rustic cart or candy bar for a delicious sweet buffet, our table top carriage for a themed wedding, baby shower or kids party, delicious freshly-made popcorn, hot dogs, nachos or candy floss, and either our cheese or snack carts for an amazing savoury spread. We can cater for most dietary requirements including vegan, gluten- and dairy-free. We can also accommodate special requests, subject to availability.
DECOR Our decor is available to hire individually or as part of a package. Our hire packages offer excellent value for money, and both options are available with or without set up included. Examples of the items we hire include chair covers & sashes, tablecloths, centrepieces, post boxes & trees.
STATIONERY We offer everything from printed invitations to pocketfolds and laser cut styles; Save The Date to Order of Service and Table Plans; Custom signage to favour labels and DJ request cards. For wedding invitations, choose from any of our stock designs, many of which can be customised to your requirements or if you are looking for something specific, we can create a bespoke design just for you. Whether you have a design in mind or are looking for inspiration, please get in touch to discuss your requirements.

Our Story
Dreamcatcher Events came about as an outlet for my creativity. Having made the stationery and decor for my own wedding in 2006, I loved how much I could express my artistic side and continued to make wedding stationery as a hobby for many years. In 2016, Charlotte and I were going through a period of change in our lives and careers, and the time seemed right to try and establish a wedding stationery & hire business.
Since then, the business has continued to evolve, but the passion for providing customisation & flexibility in our services, excellent customer service, and affordability remains our focus.
Our Team
My name is Kath and I am the creative force behind Dreamcatcher Events. My partner in this venture is Charlotte, who is responsible for the admin & book-keeping side of things, whilst also helping me out on occasion with events. For larger events, we have a reliable team in Kerrie, Richard, Lily & Natalie. All our team have completed level 2 food hygiene, and as the manager, I also have completed level 3.
Typical Clients
Whilst the majority of our services are provided for weddings, we can also cater for many other types of events including birthday, anniversary and retirement parties, school & university proms and corporate events.

Fantastic addition to our wedding :)
Cath and Charlotte were great at communicating with me from the start, they were so professional and friendly! They wanted to know my theme, style and colours for the wedding which they then styled the sweet cart to match with awesome coloured lights! They set up the day before and collected promptly after the reception, and bagged up all the remaining sweets for us. All the guests had commented how it was lovely addition to our wedding. Thank you so much!!
