Specialising in high levels of availability, The Balloon Modeller is able to attend events during the week, on weekends and in the evenings - now matter how large or small the event or what the occasion is!
What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?
For me to give a comprehensive quote to a customer, I would need the event date and time, a brief explanation of the type of event they are hosting, the estimated number of guests, the venue and whether it is indoors or outdoors. Also, if there is a theme connected with event or party then this can be useful to know.
What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Ask the balloon modeller about the product and services they offer and how the event or party is run, so you get a good understanding what to expect and what you are paying for.
Please tell us a little bit about how and why you started the business.
The Balloon Modeller was started because I love being creative with balloons, love learning new models and most off all I love entertaining kids. Seeing the smile on their face when I make them a balloon model is priceless. I love giving kids my time and attention, as they really appreciate it and just want to have fun.
Please tell us about a booking you've had through Add to Event, how did it go? Would you recommend us to others?
There have been a lot of bookings through this fantastic platform, and it's a really good place to be. If I had to pick one event in particular it would be the Halloween event 2016, where I was asked to run a big event as a children's entertainer. I got to dress up, compere, make balloons, organise party games and be a judge for the pumpkin competition. This was all for around 200 kids. They gave me a fantastic review and have asked me back this year. I have recommended Add to Event to many of my friends in the children's entertainment industry. I know this platform is still growing and will do my bit to help promote the platform.
